The patient-physician relationship is "privileged," and thus you are able to speak freely and confidentially. Learning about my patients, their lifestyles, and employment allows me to better communicate with them, discuss treatment options, assess their progress and address their concerns. You will never be rushed out of my office. It is with this philosophy that I practice medicine.

You will be surprised, but I actually answer the phone and personally return your calls. I remember everyone's name and the things they tell me. You are not left sitting in the waiting area to read my magazines. Your time is valuable and I respect that. I am a dedicated physician who loves my work and the people I treat.

Will begin with a thorough history of your condition(s) with review of any lab result you may have

• History of prior treatments, if applicable •
 A thorough review of your medical history

• Complete physical exam •
 An individualized treatment plan, including medications as deemed appropriate, additional testing, treatment options which are best suited to relieving your pain, and referrals when necessary

• Subsequent follow-up plan •
